1. The concept of our cinemagraph was to have moving water in a still image. 

2. I did't think of the idea but I took the video and made the Gif in photoshop.

3. The thing I would have done differently was the parts in the video to be more still to make it easier      in photoshop 

4. It was pretty easy project just took patients with watching the video. 

5. Our team dynamic was good we all had fun doing it everyone had fun doing it. While I did the            photoshop part they would ask if I needed help as well.
